Terms of use

asiamart.nz (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is an online marketplace where independent sellers list products. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Marketplace

Product listings, pricing, stock, descriptions, and fulfilment are primarily the responsibility of each seller. We provide the platform, checkout, and related tools. A contract for the sale of goods is between you and the seller(s) whose items you purchase, subject to these terms and our checkout flow.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to place orders or use seller features. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or harm other users or the platform.

3. Orders and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise charges shown at checkout in NZD (unless otherwise stated). Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay where applicable. Order confirmation is shown in your account after successful payment.

4. Returns, refunds, and disputes

Return and refund requests are handled in the app: open your order in Your account and use the return/refund flow. Sellers may respond and, where agreed, issue partial refunds through their payment tools. We are not a party to every dispute but may step in where required by law or to protect the platform.

5. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the site (including fraud, scraping that harms performance, illegal goods where prohibited, or attempts to circumvent payment or security). Sellers must comply with our seller rules and applicable law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the site is provided “as is”. We limit our liability where the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other mandatory laws.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
